Cardiff and Vale College shortlisted for prestigious TES Award

Cardiff and Vale College has been shortlisted for a prestigious Times Educational Supplement (TES) Further Education Award for its work with local, national and international employers.

The annual awards mark the achievements of the very best FE providers in the UK. The Employer Engagement Award recognises colleges and FE institutions that go that extra mile to ensure they deliver strategic and innovative approaches to delivering employers’ workforce development needs. The College is one of just four Welsh colleges to make the awards shortlist.

CAVC Director of Business Development Paul Kift said: "We were delighted to learn about being shortlisted for a TES Award. The College is very proud to have recently won awards within Wales for the work it undertakes in partnership with business, and to now be recognised by such a prominent publication as TES, on a UK wide basis, is a huge honour.

"This nomination reflects the dedication, expertise and ambition of everyone at the College who work tirelessly to ensure that we deliver high quality, innovative provision for the benefit of employers that we assist within the region, and beyond.”
