“It was really good – I really enjoyed it,” Jasmine said. “I’ve been taking part in judo since I was four and would like to go on to it professionally and do coaching. My course will help me with my future career.”

Jasmine has also won gold at the British Championships and Commonwealth Tournament as well as a silver in the UK School Games. She is ranked Number 1 in Wales in the 52kg Cadet category and is placed tenth in the UK.
