Nine students selected for Norway exchange

Nine students from Cardiff and Vale College have been selected to visit Cardiff's twin county of Hordaland, Norway in Easter 2012.  The College has worked with Knarvik Tertiary College for sixteen years, annually welcoming four Norwegian students to study AS levels.

The nine students were handpicked from a selection of applicants from across Cardiff and Vale College to visit Hordaland this academic year. The students were then interviewed on 6th January and invited to a team-building workshop. The exchange co-ordinators at the College - Anthony Houlston-Clark, Michael Marnell and Naomi Perez-Jones, then had a tough job in selecting the final nine for the annual exchange trip next Easter.

This year the nine students selected represent the A-Level courses, Beauty, Public Services and Arts courses.

The nine students are:

  • Natasha Ellery, 20, from Gabalfa, studying Massage Therapy Level 3
