The first year of study on this course leads to a BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Sportqualification (equivalent to 1 A Level) and can lead to a BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport qualification if it is taken up for a second year, which is equivalent to 3 A Levels.
The HND Sport Coaching & Performance course is aimed at people who have a desire and commitment to gain an understanding of Sport Coaching and intend on pursuing a career within the Sports or Leisure Industry.
The course will be based at the Cardiff International Sports Campus in Leckwith, which has state of the art facilities and acts as a central hub for the college’s sports provision.

The VTCT Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy is focused towards those seeking to gain employment as a sports massage therapist providing skills sports massage to prevent and manage injury.
Through this qualification you will develop the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to apply sports massage methods competently to recent non-acute injury and pre-existing conditions.
