A Levels

The Advanced Level (A Level) Programme is a traditional academic course and a popular choice with students who would like to gain entry to a British University. You can select up to four subjects, which are studied over two years. Our huge selection of over 30 A Level options range from English Literature to Photography, Biology to Sociology.

To view which subjects are currently available use the Course Finder (on the left side of this page) and select A Levels in the drop down menu under subject area.

You will take AS (Advanced Subsidiary) exams at the end of the first year before progressing to the A-Level (A2) course and sitting the A2 exam.

Successful completion of both the AS and A2 courses will give you a full A Level qualification. A Levels can be challenging and it is recommended that you match each hour of class time with at least one hour of private study. We also offer strong tutorial support and excellent study facilities.

The Welsh Baccalaureate is also studied as a compulsory element for full-time students and this incorporates tutorial support. For more information visit www.wbq.org.uk
