There may be times when you may wish to compliment us for doing something well, or you may have a comment you'd like us to know about. All feedback is helpful in our future planning.
If you have a complaint with any part of the service that you have received from the College; we ask in the first instance that you raise your concern(s) informally, in person, with a member of staff.
Please give some thought to any complaint submissions that you make via this form. We take all complaints extremely seriously and once submitted, complaints are handled according to the college’s agreed complaints procedures. To this end, we would expect any complainant who submits their concerns via this form to be able to evidence their concerns.
