About this course

Our Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media course provides industry relevant education and training for those individuals intending to work, or who already work in the creative media sector.

Studying in our specialised studios and multimedia suites at our City Centre campus, students will develop a range of skills and techniques essential for successful performance in working life. This course offers the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 vocational qualification, which will allow you to either enter employment in the creative media sector or to progress to higher education. 

The qualification will also give you the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding relevant to the media industries. Pupils can expect to obtain 6 qualifications through Essential Skills Wales over the course of the 2 years, as well as a BTEC Workskills qualification.
